Payment is due at the end of each appointment. We accept the following forms:

Insurance
We work with many insurance plans and will do our best to help make sure that you get the most out of your benefits. While we are not in-network with all PPO plans, we are able to process all claims on your behalf. Among the policies we are in-network with are:
- UnitedHealthcare/DBP fee schedule
- Delta Dental
- DHA (Dental Health Alliance) Premier
It is up to you to check with your insurance provider to ensure your service is covered, as many of the DBP and DHA are umbrella policies. Please give our friendly team a call to learn more.
