Membership Plan Options
We have various plans to accommodate your dental cost needs, though all plans:
- Start at $79 to enroll
- Cost $49 for each additional family member
- Is good for one year from your enrollment date
- Give you 20% off diagnostic and preventative services
- Give you 12% off basic, major and orthodontic services

Annual Adult Membership Plan
Includes (per year):
- 2 dental cleanings
- A comprehensive exam (new patient visit) OR one regular exam with each cleaning
- Necessary digital X-rays
- 1 emergency exam with X-rays
- An oral cancer screening with each cleaning
- Fluoride treatment as needed
- Up to 15% off any needed treatments
- 50% off 3D X-rays
- $500 off comprehensive Invisalign® treatment
For patients without periodontal disease.
Annual Child Membership Plan
Includes (per year):
- 2 dental cleanings
- A comprehensive exam (new patient visit) OR one regular exam with each cleaning
- Necessary digital X-rays
- 1 emergency exam with X-rays
- An oral cancer screening with each cleaning
- Fluoride treatment as needed
- Up to 15% off any needed treatments
For patients aged 16 and under.
For patients without periodontal disease.
Annual Periodontal Membership Plan
Includes (per year):
- 1 periodontal maintenance every 3 months (4 per year)
- A comprehensive exam (new patient visit) OR one regular exam with each cleaning
- Necessary digital X-rays
- 1 emergency exam with X-rays
- An oral cancer screening with each cleaning
- Fluoride treatment as needed
- Up to 15% off any needed treatments
For patients with periodontal (gum) disease.
Treatment Discounts
With insurance coverage, patients are responsible for a certain percentage of restorative procedures (such as fillings, crowns, dental implants, cosmetic dentistry, etc.). Our membership plan works in a similar way – the plan covers preventive care and we discount restorative treatments. However, with our plan there are no caps, no maximum and no insurance company coming between you and improved oral health.
Please note: This membership plan is NOT dental insurance. It is a membership program for prepaid dental services offered by McGonigle Dental Associates. This plan and any discounts do not cover procedures performed outside our practice.
