Robert S. McGonigle, DDS

Dr. Rob attended Lewis University for his undergraduate degree before achieving his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at Loyola University School of Dentistry in 1987, where he was the valedictorian of his graduating class. He regularly completes continuing education courses to stay at the forefront of the dental field, and following dental school completed a General Practice Residency at Michael Reese Hospital and Medical Center. Dr. Rob has practiced in the Tinley Park area since 1988, and is a member of several professional organizations, including:

Dr. Rob is dedicated to improving the lives of his patients and to making them a little healthier each time he meets with them to provide care.

Dr. Rob and his wife of over 37 years, Peggy, have two children and seven grandchildren. When not in the office, he enjoys spending time with his family, being outdoors and cooking. Dr. McGonigle and his wife have completed 12 mission trips to South African and Eswatini to provide dental treatment to children.

Philip Gurgone, DDS

Dr. Phil completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in integrative biology with minors in chemistry and business. He then attended dental school at the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Dentistry, from which he graduated in 2013. Dr. Phil continues to advance his dental education and training regularly, and has completed advanced training through the Comprehensive Implant Residency Program, a year-long, advanced surgical and prosthetic training program for dental implants in Birmingham, Alabama. He has practiced in the Tinley Park area for over 11 years.

As a dentist, he aspires to provide comprehensive, compassionate oral health care to his patients. Dr. Phil strives to create a comfortable and welcoming environment where patients can feel at ease, addressing their dental concerns with expertise and empathy. He is also committed to staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in dentistry to offer the most effective and minimally invasive options possible. Ultimately, he wants to help his patients achieve optimal oral health and a beautiful smile that will improve their overall wellbeing and confidence.

Dr. Phil and his wife, Kristina, have two daughters and one son. Outside the office, he enjoys traveling, playing and watching baseball, golf, grilling and, most of all, spending time with his family.

Kristina Stuedemann, DMD, FAGD

Dr. Kristina majored in biochemistry at North Central College in Naperville, IL, where she also played Division III basketball. She then attended the Southern University School of Dentistry in Alton, IL, graduating in 2011, and completed a two-year General Practice Residence in 2013. Continuing education is a weekly effort for Dr. Kristina, whether through online journals, in person courses or weekend courses – the dental world keeps evolving so she never stop learning! She has received extensive training in IV sedation and dental surgeries. Dr. Kristina has practiced at McGonigle Dental Associates for over 10 years.

As a dentist, Dr. Kristina is committed to providing comprehensive, efficient and conservative whole-health care to her patients while using the latest technologies. If she can make a patient’s visit to our office the best part of their day that is a bonus!

Dr. Kristina is happily married to her husband, who coaches Division III football at North Central College, and they have four adorable children. Her hobbies include being outside and staying active, from beaches to football games, chasing her children and skiing in the winter. She loves being present and playing with her children. Dr. Kristina also loves humor and making people smile and laugh – it is truly one of the best medicines!

Amanda Collins, DMD

Dr. Amanda was born and raised in Orland Park, IL. Her passion for dentistry started when she shadowed a local dentist. This experience ignited her passion for the field, and she soon took on a role as a dental assistant, gaining valuable insights into patient care and the intricacies of dental practice.

Dr. Amanda pursued her undergraduate education at Saint Louis University, where she was actively involved in her pre-dental society. After earning her degree, she continued her education at the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry, where she honed her clinical skills and developed a comprehensive understanding of dental health.

To further enhance her expertise, Dr. Amanda completed a General Practice Residency at Loyola University, where she received advanced training in various aspects of dentistry and patient care. This experience solidified her dedication to providing high-quality dental services to diverse populations.

Dr. Amanda participated in 14 mission trips prior to dental school, where she focused on rebuilding homes for those less fortunate. These experiences not only deepened her commitment to service but also instilled in her a strong desire to make a positive impact in underserved communities. She aspires to combine her dental education and passion for service work to participate in dental focused mission trips.

Dr. Amanda adores her Pitbull, Sarge. He loves to play fetch and has an amusing fascination with shadows and reflections. They love to go on adventures to find new parks to play fetch.
